Lisa Lochner, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker. Lisa earned her MSW from the University of Michigan and completed three years of subsequent post-graduate training at Yale Child Study Center with a focus on outpatient work with children, adolescents, and families and school-based mental health. For 12 years, Lisa worked at Yale Psychiatric Hospital, on the Adolescent unit, first as a primary clinician on the inpatient unit and then as a primary clinician at the Adolescent IOP program. For 9 years, Lisa has been a primary clinician at a school based health center In Branford Connecticut. Lisa has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Lisa has also studied and practiced mediation for the past twenty years and is a certified yoga teacher, incorporating mindfulness practices into her work. Her clinical interests include working with children and adolescents in individual, group and family therapy settings. Lisa has a particular interest in and experience with treatment for adolescents who have experienced trauma, addiction, depression and anxiety and OCD.
